Project-specific statements of work, proposals, or master service agreements may add or modify terms for paid engagements. Where those documents conflict with these website Terms, the signed engagement documents control for that project.

Diligent Creators provides digital agency services including design, development, marketing, consulting, and software products such as EloSync and related platforms. Service descriptions on this website are for general information and may change.

Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated (or 30 days if unspecified) and become binding only when accepted in writing and, where required, accompanied by an agreed deposit or purchase order.

When you engage us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access needed to deliver the work.
• Ensure you own or have rights to content, branding, and materials you supply.
• Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.
• Use deliverables and products only as permitted by the engagement and applicable law.

Ownership of website materials, client deliverables, and third-party assets is governed by our Intellectual Property / Copyright Policy and any signed statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Diligent Creators retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, and know-how used to create deliverables. Upon full payment, clients typically receive a license or assignment to final project deliverables as defined in the engagement.

Fees, payment milestones, and currency are set in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause work and may incur reasonable late charges where permitted by law.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Refunds for unused prepaid work, if any, are handled case by case under the engagement terms.

Timelines depend on timely client input. Delays caused by the client may shift delivery dates without liability for consequential loss.

We perform services with reasonable professional care. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services and website content are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Additional limitations appear in our Website Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diligent Creators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, unless a signed contract states otherwise.

You may browse this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, reverse engineer protected systems, copy protected materials without permission, or use the site to distribute malware or unlawful content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be addressed in good faith between the parties; failing resolution, courts in Karachi, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates are effective when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes to active paid engagements will be communicated as required by the applicable contract.
